  3. Since na you be my rock and strong-house, becos of your name make you lead
    me and guide me.
  4. Free me from di trap wey badbelle pipo set for me, na you be my refuge.
  5. I commit my spirit for you hand; save me O Baba-God of truth.
  6. I no like pipo wey still dey hold useless idol; I trust in you Baba-God.
  7. I go dey glad con happy inside your love, you see my suffer-head and you know
    di pain wey my soul dey go feel.
  8. You no let the enemy catch me, but you make me dey for where get space
  9. Sorry for me, Oh Baba-God, I dey inside yawa; my eyes dey pain me becos of
    cry-cry, my soul and my body dey wit deep sorrow.

  16. Make your face shine upon your servant; save me for your love wey no dey
    fail.
  17. Make shame no ever ever catch me, Oh Baba-God, I don cry out to you; make
    shame catch wicked pipo and make dem lie down silent for grave.
  18. Silence dia lips wey dem take dey lie, naso dem go dey make-mouth wit
    hatred dey tok anyhow against righteous pipo.
  19. See as your goodness great reach wey you carry give man as gift —wey you
    don keep down for those pipo wey dey fear you, and wey hide dia head inside
    you.
  20. Under the roof your house nahin you dey hide dem from the bad-bad tins wey
    men dey do; for inside your house nahin you dey keep dem safe from pipo wey
    dey lie for their head.

    city wey enemies don surround.
