Cleaning of Leprosy From Pesin

- He go con carry one of di birds wey dey alive, di cedar stick, di red rope, plus di hyssop branch, and he go shuuk dem inside di blood of di bird wey dem kill on top of di fresh water.
- He go con sprinkle di pesin wey e wan clean from leprosy—seven times, con tok sey di pesin don clean. Naso he go release di bird wey dey alive for open field.
- “Di pesin wey he wan clean must wash hin clothes, barb all hin hair, con baff wit water, so dat he go clean. Afta dis, he fit enta di camp, but he must stay outside hin house for seven days.
- On di seventh day, he must barb all hin hair; he must shave hin head gorimakpa, hin bear-bear, hin eyebrows, plus he remaining hair for body. He must wash hin clothes, con baff wit water, and he go clean.
- “On di eighth day, he must carry two male lambs plus one female lamb wey be one year old, and wey no get comma for body, wit 3kg of fine flour mix wit ororo—for seed offering, and one small cup of ororo.
- Di priest wey go do di cleaning ritual go carry both di pesin wey he wan clean, and hin offering go meet Baba-God, for di door of di worship-place.

- Di priest go con put di remaining ororo wey dey for hin hand, on di head of di pesin wey wan dey clean, naso di priest go take clean di pesin sin for Baba-God front.
- Naso he go sacrifice di doves or di young pigeons wey di pesin moni fit buy.

Di Cleaning of House Wey Leprosy Dey
33. So Baba-God tok to Moses and Aaron sey,
34. “Wen una enta di land of Canaan, wey I dey give una as una property, and I con put leprosy for di house of dat land wey I don give una as una property,
35. di owner of di house must go tell di priest sey, ‘I don see sometin wey be like leprosy for my house.’
36. Di priest go con tok sey make dem pack everitin komot from di house before he go come see am—so dat everitin wey dey for inside di house no go corrupt, and afta dat di priest go enta go see di house.
37. He go observe di leprosy for di wall, and if true-true di disease dey for di wall of di house. If he see green and red marks inside di wall, and e be like sey di disease don enta inside di wall,
38. Di priest go komot from di house and from di doormot of di house, con lock di house for seven days.
39. On di seventh day, di priest go come back to come look di house. If di leprosy don spread for di walls of di house,
40. naso di priest go tok sey make dem break di part of di wall wey di disease don affect, con throway dem outside di city for place wey no clean.
41. Afta dat, dem must scrape all di wall of di house, and dem go throway di plaster for place wey no clean outside di city.
42. So dem go use new blocks take replace di old ones, wit new clay to plaster di house.
43. “If di disease show-face again afta dem don break some block from di walls, scrape di house, con plaster am,
44. Di priest go go observe am, and if di leprosy don spread for di house, na leprosy wey dey spread; di house no clean be dat.
45. Dem must scata di house—di stones, timbers, plus all di plaster—and make dem carry dem komot from di city, con throway am for place wey no clean.
46. And any pesin wey enta di house afta dem lock am no go clean till evening.
47. Any pesin wey sleep or chop for inside di house must wash hin clothes.
48. “But if di priest come observe di house, con see sey di leprosy neva spread afta dem platser di house, he go tok sey di house clean, becos di disease don go.
49. To clean di house, he go carry two birds, plus cedar wood, red thread, and hyssop.
50. He go kill one of di birds on top of fresh water wey dey inside clay pot.
51. Naso he go take di cedar wood, di hyssop, di red thread, di bird wey dey alive, and he go shuuk dem inside di blood of di bird wey he kill plus di fresh water, con sprinkle di house seven times.
52. He go clean di house wit di blood of di bird, di fresh water, di bird wey dey alive, di cedar wood, di hyssop, plus di red rope.
53. Den he go release di bird wey dey alive for open field wey dey outside di city. Naso di priest go take clean di house, and di house go clean.”
54. Na dis be di law for any skin disease of leprosy, and sore,
55. for leprosy wey dey for pesin cloth or house,
56. and for skin wey swell up, for rashes or light spot for skin:
57. to know if e clean or not. Na dis be di law for leprosy.
