Psalm Chapter 115

Di One Real God

1. No be to us, Oh Baba-God, no be to us, but na to your name we dey give di glory, becos of your truth, and how to take dey sorry-for pesin.
2. Why world-pipo [Gentiles] go dey tok
   sey, “Where dia God dey?”
3. But awa God dey for heaven, he dey do wetin dey for hin mind.
4. But dia idols na silver plus gold, wey
   men make wit dia hands.
5. Dem get mouth—but dem no-fit tok.
   Dem get eyes—but dem no-fit see.
6. Dem get ears—but no-fit hear word, and dem get nose—but dem no-fit smell;
7. dem get hands—but dem no-fit feel; dem get leg—but dem no-fit waka. Dem no-fit make one single sound wit dia throat.
8. Those pipo wey dey make dem be like
   dem, naso everi-pesin wey trust dem go be sef.
9. Trust Baba-God, Oh house of
   Israel—nahin be dia epp plus protection.
10. Oh house of Aaron, trust Baba￾God—nahin be dia epp plus protection.
11. Una wey dey fear Baba-God, trust Baba-God—nahin be dia epp and protection.
12. Baba-God dey remember us, and he go bless us; He go bless di house of Israel, he go bless di house of Aaron.
13. Baba-God go bless those pipo wey dey fear am—both small and big.

14. Make Baba-God prosper you more-more—both you plus your pikin.
15. Make Baba-God wey make heaven plus earth—bless you.
16. Di highest heaven belong to Baba-God, but he don give human being di earth.
17. Deadbody no dey praise Baba-God, or
    those pipo wey don go down to grave.
18. But we go bless Baba-God, both now
    and forever. Make una praise Baba-God.
