    like water, my body really want you, for land wey dry and for land wey no good,
    where water no dey.
  2. I don see you for inside your holy-place, I don see your power and your glory.
  3. Becos your love beta pass life, my lips go give you levels.
  4. I go praise you as long as I dey alive, and I go lift up my hand for your name.
  5. My soul go bellefull like pesin wey dey chop beta food, my lips go dey sing dey
    praise you.
  6. I go remember you ontop bed; I dey tink of you throughout di night.
  7. Becos na you dey epp me. Na under your wings I for dey sing.
  8. My soul dey hold you thight; your right hand hold me strong.
  9. God go scata those pipo wey dey fyne my life; dem go fall six feeth.
  10. Death go shuuk dem wit hin sword and dem go turn to food for jakals.
  11. But di king go happy for Baba-God; all those pipo wey dey swear wit Baba-God
    name go praise am, as lie-lie pipo mouth go keep quite.
